Oh Autumn, my favorite time of year and when I am more home grounded and productive. I can paint or print everyday and my large studio has a great heating system for the cooler temps. The dogs are always good to accompany me when I go to work and they are good to alert me when it is getting close to dinner time.
I'm sure I'll be back to making soups soon too!
This year I was invited to team teach a class on Printing on Pottery with potter Jan Archey at our local community college. It has proved to be a success with very nice results. I will post photos next blog.
Also the local gallery that I am a part of is having a 30th anniversary celebration on November 9th with cake and seasonal goodies at the Mesilla Valley Fine Arts gallery in...well, Mesilla of course! So if you are local, come and say Hi!
I also have to say Thank You! to my supporters, new collectors and old and to those who just like to keep in touch and take workshops. I know the new workshops in March will fill quickly and that is also the time of year that I will begin teaching at Blackbird studio again.
